LG recently announced a partnership with Google to offer Google services, such as Gmail, Blogger, and Maps, on LG mobile phones, following a similar collaboration between Samsung and Google earlier this year. LG will embed a Google icon on the application menu to facilitate one-click access. LG plans to release at least 10 Google-enabled mobile phones in 2007, the first batch of which is scheduled to start shipping to North America, Europe, and Asia in April at the earliest.
